We will be setting up our Makerspace Lab soon and are looking for donations of items you may have laying around your house.<\/p>\n

Our makerspace lab will be a creative, collaborative, hands-on learning area where our scholars explore, design, build, and experiment using a variety of tools and materials. It\u2019s a place where curiosity and imagination come together to solve problems, create projects, and bring ideas to life.<\/p>\n

Here are some ideas of materials we can use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Construction paper<\/li>\n
  • Color printer paper<\/li>\n
  • Index cards<\/li>\n
  • Empty boxes\u2014tissue, cereal<\/li>\n
  • Paper plates-large and small<\/li>\n
  • Toilet paper rolls<\/li>\n
  • Paper towel rolls<\/li>\n
  • Cardboard cut into smaller pieces<\/li>\n
  • Clothespins<\/li>\n

  • Plastic Solo type cups<\/li>\n
  • Small paper cups<\/li>\n
  • Bottle caps<\/li>\n
