Students use Clever to access Schoology, Microsoft 365, and other links for students. For online textbooks, students in grades K-5 use Clever and students in grades 6-8 use Schoology. Parents use ParentSquare for school communication and Schoology to keep track of schoolwork.

Dismissal Changes

Please use the button below to contact our front desk clerks about a dismissal change for your student.

All dismissal changes should be submitted by 1:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
and by 12:00pm on early release Wednesdays.

Kindergarten Screeners

Our Kindergarten Screener is a fun and welcoming opportunity for incoming kindergarten students and families to visit our school before the start of the school year. During the screener, students will have the chance to meet kindergarten teachers, explore the kindergarten hallway, and participate in age-appropriate activities that help us learn more about the skills and knowledge they already have.

To participate, students must be registered or pre-registered for the 2026–2027 school year. We look forward to meeting our future kindergarteners and welcoming your family to our school community!

FortifyFL

FortifyFL is a mobile app and web-based tool that allows students, parents, and community members in Florida to anonymously report suspicious activities, potential threats, or safety concerns related to schools. The app immediately forwards these reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials for rapid response.

School Access

School access (proceeding past the front office of any school) is required for every individual that is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done through completion of the district’s volunteer application. School access is good for 3 years. For help completing the online application, please contact the Volunteer Services Department.
